Taking time to smell the roses

Click here to buy - A How To Book of SMSF's by Tony Negline

Here's a great way to show your kids that they don't have to spend money to be happy.

Stop from time to time to appreciate the natural beauty of this wonderful world we live in. It costs nothing.

Take the time to share your sense of wonder with your kids. It's amazing how much nature is just outside your door, in your yard, or the local park.

With your younger kids, point out the ants and explain how they build their homes. Show what's under a leaf, or crawling in the grass. Make shapes with the clouds. Marvel in how their bodies function and grow.

With your older kids, get involved in their science homework - especially anything that explains nature at work. Make the correlation with them that just as nature is a system, so is our economy and money.

The 'Money Makes the World go Around' book series is a great tool to use to teach the scientific 'system' of money in a fun and engaging way.
