Seasonal Allergies
Allergies affect over millions of people worldwide. Allergies are an abnormal reaction to normal substances, such as food, mould or pollen. Common allergic reactions can include runny a nose or diarrhoea, however allergic reactions can lead to debilitating illness, chronic disease and even death.

According to both the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) and the American Academy of Allergy Asthma and Immunology (AAAAI), as many as 35 million Americans suffer from seasonal allergy symptoms each year. Hay fever allergy alone causes a loss of over four million workdays a year at a cost of $700 million in lost productivity.

Over 40 percent of the population in Australia, America and UK seek help with their allergies from an alternative practitioner, according to the AAFA (Allergy Foundation of America). Dr. Andrew Weil has been quoted as saying

"For many people, homeopathy can be the last, best hope for ending allergy symptoms without side effects. Unlike the pharmaceutical medications, homeopathy can actually change the way your body responds to allergens, instead of merely suppressing the symptoms they cause."

Research

Studies have shown homeopathy's efficacy in allergy treatment. The medical journal, Lancet (Dec. 12, 1994), published a double-blind study of homeopathy in treating asthma. Half of the participants were given a homeopathic remedy and half were treated by placebo. The homeopathic group showed significant relief of their asthma symptoms. Another Lancet article (October 18, 1986) tested homeopathic doses of twelve plants prepared homeopathically to reduce hay fever. Results again, displayed homeopaths ability to reduce symptoms in this difficult to treat allergic reaction.

Is Homeopathy Effective In Cancer Treatment?
By Manfred Mueller MA DHM RSHom (NA) CCH | The American Homeopath Volume 18, 2012

"Homeopathic drugs have proven biological action in cancer; in vitro and in vivo; in animals and humans; in the lower, as well as in the higher potencies. Cancer patients are faced with a life-and-death decision when choosing their treatment. Since most conventional treatments continue to be associated with severe adverse and some- times fatal effects, while homeopathy has been found to be free from such effects, it would seem plausible and worthwhile, even urgent, to step up the research on, and even the provision of, homeopathic treatment of cancer and other diseases."

Homeopathy For The Garden And Plants
Agrohomeopathy
If you are a gardener (or farmer) you already know about the carnage snails, caterpillars and aphids inflict. Add the problem of water-repellent or poor soil, and plants literally start to die from the ground up.

Looking for something to keep the caterpillars off your veggies, snails away from your plants, and aphids off your vines? Homeopathy will do just that. It's easy to use, economical and takes care of the environment. When used for plants it's known as agrohomeopathy.

The good news is that there are many remedies to help manage these problems for very little time and effort. Watch your plants thrive as you put them to good use in your garden.

Perhaps the most important remedy in agricultural homeopathy is Silicea terra. Silicea terra can aid germination of seeds, reduces transplant shock, strengthens weak and spindly plants, increases vigour and resistance of plants to pests, moulds, and mildew, aids water retention in plants growing on arid soils and much more.
