Fund raising events scheduled for August-September:

  • 11/10/08 Tissue, a play by Louise Page.  Proudly presented by the Lions Club of Trinity Beach in aid of COUCH.  Book through Ticketlink.
"Why me?" A question frequently asked by Sally, diagnosed as having breast cancer and facing a mastectomy.  The subject of breast cancer is sensitively handled.  We see how it affects not only Sally, but also many of the people who are closest to her.  There are moments of humour, sadness, love, fear, frustration, friendship and romance as we learn that for Sally, and thousands like her, there can be a light at the end of the tunnel.

  • 24/10/08 Trinity Anglican School Auctioneer's Ball 2008.  Trinity Anglican School are pleased to announce that this year’s Auctioneer’s Ball will be held at the Hilton Hotel, Cairns on Friday 24th October and our selected charity will be COUCH.
As a community minded establishment, Trinity Anglican School have pledged a significant part of the funds raised to this wonderful cause.  Tickets are on sale at reception at Marlin Coast Campus (ph. 40577000) for $75 pp and bookings are now being accepted. Cost includes; Dinner, wine on table, live music by ONCUE as well as the grand auction itself.  Donations of any description, in the form of auctionable items can also be pledged by contacting the organiser Mr Terry Reid on 0427 079 222 or through email terryr@tas.qld.edu.au.  We look forward to seeing you there on this wonderful occasion.
